Service Description
Heetanshi Jain is a dedicated and empathetic mental health professional committed to supporting individuals through creative and holistic approaches to healing. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from NMIMS and is currently undergoing formal training in Arts-Based Therapy, deepening her passion for integrating the arts into therapeutic work. She works with adults, helping them navigate emotional challenges, build self-awareness, and foster resilience. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities while incorporating creativity, expression, and a strong relational presence. She believes in the transformative power of self-expression and is especially attuned to the unique emotional and developmental needs of each client. Through her evolving practice, she aspires to create a safe and affirming space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered on their path to healing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy: The appointment time made for the client is valuable and irreplaceable; therefore, a Cancellation Policy is used. Hello, I have limited slots; once booked, that hour is not given to anyone else. It helps with managing my work schedule and offers you the opportunity to prioritize your mental health. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know by the evening before (12 hours before) so someone else can benefit from that time. Please note that our cancellation policy: sessions cancelled under 12 hours notice is fully payable. If you are unwell or there is a health emergency, please inform atleast 8hrs before. If not then you will be charged half the amount. Thank you for your cooperation. REFUND POLICY Once the payment has been made, it cannot be refunded. Important Note: The cost structure, policies, and discounts are subject to change.
