About Us
A Safe Space for All Beings
Evolving Together was born from a simple yet profound intention: to create a place where young adults can slow down, breathe, and meet themselves with honesty and tenderness. In a world that moves quickly and asks for constant doing, this space invites a softer way of being — one that honours the mind, the body, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we feel safe.
Located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Evolving Together offers psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, craniosacral therapy, animal assisted therapy, and community circles designed to nurture emotional well-being. Our work is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that healing becomes possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Big Title
Vision:
We envision a world where people feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and heal through compassionate and holistic care. We imagine a space where psychotherapy, mindfulness, craniosacral therapy, and the human animal bond come together to support emotional balance, inner resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Mission:
Our mission is to offer nurturing and inclusive therapeutic spaces where young adults can explore their inner world with safety, curiosity, and support. We honour the connection between mind and body and the healing potential that emerges through relationships with humans and with animals

Together, we evolve toward a way of being that feels grounded, connected, and true to one’s authentic self.
